Saturday marks the end of the 2017 Triple Crown season with the running of the Belmont Stakes, with one horse prepared to take home the title in the 1.5-mile Test of the Champion.
There will also be a third winner in this year's Triple Crown after Kentucky Derby champion Always Dreaming and Preakness Stakes champion Cloud Computing were held out of running in New York due to the grueling schedule both horses have taken on in 2017.
Their absence opens the door for the field to achieve immortality in the most difficult leg of the Triple Crown.
